The Brooklyn Cyclones (24-15, 52-52) look to earn at least a series split against the Aberdeen IronBirds (18-20, 50-52) — the High-A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles — on Friday night at 7 p.m. from Maimonides Park on Coney Island.
RHP Joander Suárez (3-9, 5.69 ERA) is scheduled to take the hill for Brooklyn against Aberdeen’s RHP Brandon Young (0-1, 9.00 ERA), who is slated to make a rehab start.
