Mets and Nationals started the game in the rain but it was suspended in the top of the 3rd with one out.  The Mets will have two on when the game resumes as Daniel Vogelbach singled and Michael Perez doubled, Brandon Nimmo about to hit.  Joey Lucchesi started for the Mets and allowed two singles and a double in the 1st to give the Nationals a 1-0 lead.  After walking the bases loaded, he got out of the inning as Dominic Smith hit into a double play after a very questionable strike call that would have been ball four.

Mets have not yet announced who will be the pitcher when the game resumes today.
