The Brooklyn Cyclones (28-21, 56-58) look to bounce back against the Asheville Tourists (20-29, 46-64) — the High-A affiliate of the Houston Astros — on Wednesday at 6:35 p.m. from McCormick Field in Asheville, N.C.
LHP Felipe De La Cruz (NR) is scheduled to make his Brooklyn debut against Asheville’s RHP Deylen Miley (2-5, 5.30 ERA).

SUPER STANLEY: OF Stanley Consuegra tied C Francisco Álvarez's franchise record for career home runs by blasting his 22nd with Brooklyn in the top of the 1st on Tuesday night...The 22-year-old added a multi-home run game against Hudson Valley on Friday night...He blasted a solo home run off RHP Leonardo Pestana in the bottom of the 2nd and added a go-ahead, 3-run clout off LHP Joel Valdez in the bottom of the 5th...The multi-home run night marked the second of the season for Consuegra...Stanley tallied a pair of solo blasts in a 6-4 loss at Hudson Valley on July 19...He and C Kevin Parada (6/23 vs. HV & 7/15 vs. GBO) are the only two players to post multi-homer contests for Brooklyn in 2023...Since the Minor League stat portal began in 2005, Consuegra and Parada are just 2-of-3 Cyclones to post multiple 2-plus home run games...INF Nick Evans accomplished the feat in 2005 on July 22 vs. Jamestown and again on August 24 at Williamsport...Consuegra is 7th in the SAL in slugging percentage (.466) and tied for 7th in home runs (17).
JETT THE MET: INFs Jett Williams made his Cyclones debut on August 1 and has been stellar all summer long…Since returning from the All-Star break on July 14, the 19-year-old is slashing .333/.489/.639 with a 1.128 OPS, 21 runs scored, 11 doubles, 2 triples, 6 home runs, 13 RBI, 32 walks, and 13 stolen bases in 32 games between Brooklyn and Single-A St. Lucie…On the season, Williams is 8th in Minor League Baseball in walks (86)…Among teenagers, Williams ranks 2nd in MiLB...Since making his SAL debut, the Rockwall, Texas, native has led the circuit (min. 80 PA) in batting average (.323), on-base percentage (.470), OPS (1.085), and doubles (7)...He is also tied for 1st in hits (21), 2nd in walks (17) and total bases (40), and tied for 2nd in stolen bases (7)...Among SAL players with at least 80 plate appearances in 2023, Williams is 4th in the circuit in walk rate (20.5%) and 6th in wRC+ (192) and wOBA (.479).
