The New York Mets have announced the following roster moves via Twitter:
INF Jeff McNeil has been placed on the 10-Day IL with a left elbow sprain.
INF Danny Mendick has been recalled from Triple-A Syracuse.
LHP Joey Lucchesi has been optioned to Triple-A Syracuse.
RHP Denyi Reyes has been recalled from Triple-A Syracuse.
Jeff McNeil said an MRI showed a partial tear of his left UCL.

Jeff McNeil said his injury is a partial tear of the UCL in his left elbow. He had a PRP injection yesterday. Buck Showalter said McNeil should be good for spring training.
