At this past weekend's New York Baseball Writers' Association of America's annual awards dinner, Francisco Lindor received the Joe DiMaggio “Toast of the Town” award.
In addition, the NY Mets 1999 infield of John Olerud, Edgardo Alfonzo, Rey Ordonez and Robin Ventura received the "Willie, Mickey & The Duke" award.
