The Brooklyn Cyclones (24-22) will try and return to the win column against the Jersey Shore BlueClaws (26-20) — the High-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies — on Wednesday at 11:05 a.m. from ShoreTown Ballpark in Lakewood, N.J.
RHP Dakota Hawkins (1-1, 4.01) is expected to take the hill for the Cyclones, making the first start of his professional career. The BlueClaws are projected to counter with the Philadelphia Phillies’ No. 12 prospect per Baseball America, LHP Sam Aldegheri (3-2, 1.89).
