The Brooklyn Cyclones (24-29, 57-62) look to salvage the final game of their series against the Jersey Shore BlueClaws (28-25, 66-53) — the High-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies — at 2 p.m. on Sunday from Maimonides Park on Coney Island in Brooklyn, N.Y.
It will be FRIENDS Night at the ballpark with the first 1,000 fans through the gates receiving a “How You Doin’?” T-Shirt Giveaway.
RHP Jack Wenninger (1-1, 2.90) — the New York Mets’ No. 27 prospect per Baseball America — expects to get the ball for the Cyclones. The BlueClaws are projected to counter with RHP David Buchanan (NR).
