Here are tonight's Rumble Ponies Game Notes:
Ritter’s RBI Party: Luke Ritter now has an RBI in each of his last three games, including a solo homer in the fourth to get the Ponies on the board first in Tuesday’s game. He now has four home runs and 13 RBI on the season.
Jose! Jose! Jose!: Jose Chacin lowered his ERA to 1.54 after his second start with the Ponies on Tuesday morning. In his six starts this year between Brooklyn and Binghamton, the right-hander has not allowed more than two earned runs in any of his outings.
Shut the Door: Michel Otanez is now 4/4 in save opportunities this season. In nine appearances, Otanez has a 1.74 ERA in 10.1 innings pitched walking just two batters and striking out 13. He has also given up just two earned runs on the season.
