The Brooklyn Cyclones (22-29) battle the Greenville Drive (29-23) — the High-A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox — in an Education Day affair on Wednesday morning at 11:00 a.m. from Maimonides Park on Coney Island. 

RHP Joander Suárez (1-4, 7.50) is scheduled to take the hill for Brooklyn against Greenville’s RHP Isaac Coffey (4-2, 2.54).

RAMÍ ROCKETS: CF Alex Ramírez homered for the second-straight game on Tuesday night vs. Greenville...The 20-year-old pounded a game-tying 3-run home run to left in the 7th inning...Ramírez also tallied a solo blast in the 6th inning of Sunday’s 9-3 win at Jersey Shore...It marked the 2nd time this season a Cyclone player has homered in consecutive games...RF Stanley Consuegra first accomplished the feat on April 14 and 15 at Winston-Salem...Ramírez is now tied for the team lead in home runs (5) with Consuegra and INF Mateo Gil...Since joining Brooklyn on July 4 of last year, the Mets’ No. 2 prospect per MLB Pipeline leads the South Atlantic League in RBI (63), hits (108), doubles (26), extra-base hits (37), total bases (166)...Ramírez is 3rd in franchise history in RBI (63) trailing only teammate IF/OF Jaylen Palmer (65), and INF José Peroza (69).
