8/17/2023: Mets Roster Moves: Vientos to the IL; Abraham Almonte back up

 

The New York Mets have announced the following roster moves: 

INF Mark Vientos has been placed on the 10-Day IL, retroactive to August 16, with left wrist tendonitis. OF Abraham Almonte has been selected from Triple-A. LHP Josh Walker has been transferred to the 60-Day IL.

RHP John Valle assigned to FCL Mets.

RHP Kade Morris assigned to FCL Mets from Mets Organization.

RHP Jose Gomez assigned to St. Lucie Mets from FCL Mets.

LHP Angel Alfonseca assigned to St. Lucie Mets from FCL Mets.
