The Brooklyn Cyclones (5-8) will try and force a Sunday rubber match against the Jersey Shore BlueClaws (8-5) — the High-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies — on Saturday afternoon at 4:05 p.m. from ShoreTown Ballpark in Lakewood, N.J.

RHP Jordan Geber (0-0, 2.57) is scheduled to make his second start of 2024 for Brooklyn. Jersey Shore is projected to counter with RHP Estibenzon Jiménez (0-2, 9.64).

Live coverage is available on the Bally Live app and the Cyclones Radio Network starting 15 minutes before the first pitch at 3:50 p.m.

Full game notes are linked below.

LAST TIME OUT: The Cyclones fell at the hands of the BlueClaws, 6-3, on Friday night...the loss means the best Brooklyn can salvage is a series split as Jersey Shore has taken three of the first four games of the set... The Phillies' High-A affiliate scattered their six runs across five different frames…On the flip side, all of Brooklyn's scoring came in the 8th and 9th innings, proving to be too little, too late...C Drake Osborn enjoyed a multi-hit affair, as did 1B-RF Ryan Clifford, who extended his hitting streak to six games in the defeat... Cyclones batters struck out a combined 16 times, good for the most in a single game this season.
