The Brooklyn Cyclones (12-12) attempt to even the series at two wins apiece against the Aberdeen IronBirds (13-11) — the High-A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles — on Friday at 7 p.m. from Maimonides Park on Coney Island in Brooklyn, N.Y.

 

RHP Brandon Sproat (1-0, 1.23) — the New York Mets’ No. 11 prospect per Baseball America — is expected to take the for the Cyclones. The IronBirds are projected to counter RHP Zachary Fruit (0-1, 3.86).
