The Brooklyn Cyclones (10-16, 43-49) look to make it three consecutive wins against the Rome Emperors (8-18, 44-46) — the High-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves — at 7 p.m. on Thursday from Maimonides Park on Coney Island in Brooklyn, N.Y.
RHP Jonah Tong (3-2, 3.14) — the New York Mets’ No. 15 prospect per Baseball America — is scheduled to take the hill for the Cyclones. The Emperors are projected to counter with LHP Mitch Farris (2-3, 3.26)
