From today's Rumble Ponies Game Notes:

Triple the Fun: The Rumble Ponies hit three triples on Saturday night, with two off the bat of Jake Mangum and another from Luke Ritter. That total is one shy of the franchise record, which was set when the team hit four triples on April 30, 2010 at Akron. 

Mangum Mashes: Jake Mangum extended his hitting streak to 12 games on Saturday going 3-5 with two triples. He has now hit safely in 14 of his last 15 games. Mangum is hitting .348 with three stolen bases during the hitting streak. 

Another Hit Streak: Francisco Alvarez has a four-game hit streak with back-to-back multi-hit games. He is 6-16 with two RBI over the past four games. 

Season High’s: Jake Mangum had his first three hit game of the season Saturday night, Zach Ashford had a season-high with 3 RBI and 3 runs scored, and Luke Ritter had a season-high 3 runs scored. 

Coming Up: The Ponies will return home for a series against the Akron RubberDucks beginning on Tuesday morning. First pitch on Tuesday is scheduled for 11:05 AM to celebrate Baseball in Education Day at Mirabito Stadium.
