Gary (30 years old) was recently released by the San Francisco Giants AAA team after hitting .164/.319/.182 - .501 OPS with no homers and 8 RBIs. He spent 7 years with the New York Yankees hitting 138 HRs - 340 RBIs .230/.318/.487 - an .804 OPS.
For the Giants at AAA, Gary caught 10 games with 2 at 1B and 4 at DH.
