The Brooklyn Cyclones (20-10, 48-47) travel south to open up a six-game road trip against the Jersey Shore BlueClaws (14-15, 49-45) — the High-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies — on Tuesday at 7:05 p.m. from ShoreTown Ballpark in Lakewood, N.J. 

RHP Robert Colina (2-2, 3.22 ERA) is scheduled to take the hill for Brooklyn against Jersey Shore’s LHP Gabriel Cotto (0-3, 8.14 ERA).

TURN IT UP TO ELEVEN: The Cyclones scored a season-high 11 runs during Thursday evening and Sunday afternoon’s wins vs. Wilmington...It marked the second and third times this season Brooklyn had registered double digits in runs scored with the previous high watermark coming in a 10-6 win at Jersey Shore on June 4...The 11-run outbursts were the most for the ‘Clones since they accrued 18 runs in an 18-1 thrashing at Jersey Shore on August 28, 2022...Additionally, it is the most Brooklyn had scored at Maimonides Park since a 14-0 beatdown of Hudson Valley on May 19, 2021.
