2024 Mets Arizona Fall League Week One Review - 10/15/24

Week one of the Arizona Fall League is in the books.  The Scottsdale Scorpions went 2 and 3 with all Mets Minor League Players plus a Major League Rehabber seeing action.  

Mets #2 Prospect Jett Williams continued the hot streak he started at the end of the 2024 Syracuse season by going 4 for 11 in 3 games with 2 triples (tied for league lead). Overall he slashed .364/.462/.818. 

Jeff McNeil played 2 games before joining the Mets in L.A. for the NLCS.  He went 2 for 9 with an RBI, a run scored and a walk.  

Mets #3 Prospect OF Drew Gilbert went 1 for 12 in 3 games with a double, a walk, and 2 runs scored.  

Mets #20 prospect Jacob Reimer went 1 for 5 in 2 games but walked 4 times for a .556 on base percentage.

RHP Saul Garcia shined on the pitching side with 2 scoreless outings, 2 innings, 1 hit, 2 walks, 2 Ks.

RHP Jonathan Pintaro allowed 2 runs in 3 innings in his only outing.  He is set to start the game on Wednesday Night.
