NY Post: Carlos Beltran leaving YES Network for job in Mets’ front office. "Sources tell The Post the Mets are hiring their former star center fielder to join their front office, where he will work under general manager Billy Eppler. It isn’t clear what Beltran’s duties will be, but he is a well-regarded baseball mind as well as a former superstar player."
SNY.TV: "Beltran has not yet signed a contract to work for the Mets, but the sides have agreed that he will work as an assistant under general manager Billy Eppler in baseball operations, according to SNY's Andy Martino. Beltran, who had been working as a Yankees television analyst, is joining the Mets front office not long after Buck Showalter considered him for a spot on his coaching staff this past November."
Carlos Beltrán: Once with the Mets, gone from the Mets, back to the Mets, gone from the Mets, back to the Mets again.https://t.co/vmHe4xzgpj
