The QBC is Coming! The QBC is Coming!

 

The QBC is coming Saturday, December 2nd.  

In the words of the late great, Yogi Berra "It gets late early" and will be here before you know it. 

From their Website: “The Queens Baseball Convention also known as the QBC is a fan fest run by the fans of our favorite baseball team from Flushing Queens. We have put this Fan Fest together as a mix of a Comic Con and a baseball card show. We hold our "BIG" QBC once a year. As fans we were looking for an event that would help us get through the winter months and help us with the lack of Flushing Baseball.”

I was able to attend last year's QBC - and it was a great time...memorabilia, autographs, meet and greets with Ex-Mets stars, informative panels, the chance to ask questions directly to SNY personalities, giveaways and lots of great fans of the blue and orange to talk baseball with all day.

If you are not doing anything December 2nd - it is well worth the trip and well worth the price of admission.

Once again, John Saponaro of the "Til Mets Do Us Part" Podcast will be the MC.  He does a great job on his podcast but is even better in person. 

Billy Wagner, Terry Collins and Cliff Floyd will be featured in panels and autograph sessions.

The Mets Pod and Baseball Night in New York of SNY will be there for a live panel as well as the NY Post's Amazing but True Podcast. 

In addition, Coach’s Collectibles will be hosting John Franco.  If you want to buy any autograph tickets for John Franco go to Coach’s Collectibles.
